In this episode of The Lipsticks Podcast, we take a look at four popular social media platforms to find out which are the most LGBTQ+ friendly! 

We discuss the recent news of the inclusion of a question on gender for the first time in the UK census, which has been welcomed as a "good first step" by some in the transgender community 👏

This weeks Spotlight feature celebrates the return of Manchester Pride (yay for lockdown ending!) which is one of the UK's leading LGBTQ+ charities. Their vision is a world where LGBTQ+ people are free to live and love without prejudice. Offering a weekend of celebrating queerness, which will be taking place over August bank holiday weekend!

So, my name is Sarah and I am one of the co-hosts of this podcast! I also co host another podcast, called SEO SAS - for anyone who enjoys SEO?

Anyway, I would identify myself as a lesbian and I suppose would say I was late to the 'gay game' - so to speak. I didn't realise I was gay until I was around 23, wasted time at Uni I know!

I enjoy discussing all things LGBTQ+ and just chatting in general to be honest. Apart from that I enjoy all the normal things like coffee, gin, travel, live music, going on walks... sounding like my Tinder profile, so I am gonna stop!
